2) Whether we paid commission , is it Chargeable to GST
We generally dealing with GST 18% & 28% tax slab
What is SAC code & GST rate for the same?
Is commission received is under RCM?
Is TAN no for propritoership firm is mandatory?

So, Please specify nature of Income Is commission received is under RCM? - If recceived then its income and Isssue bills. Is TAN no for propritoership firm is mandatory? - If you are deduct TDS then Yes as PY is Tax Audit. If not no need. Also based on your T/O and Tax Audit...!!! |

We have started business in August,2017. Turnover of the business is less than Rs.50 Lakhs.Hence there was no tax audit of last year.
We are dealing with Decorative laminate (GST 18%) & Plywood ( GST 28%). if we receive a order thru anybody, as a business, we have to pay the commission wiseversa for receiving the commission.
No need for TDS deductions.....
