If commission received from LiC, mutual fund, and mediclaim policy liable to register under gst????

No........ as per Notification 13/2017 CT(R) , the supplier paying commission (Insurance company) liable do RCM .
& In term of Notification 5/2017 CT Recepient is not required obtain any registration under GST unless his services are under RCM
