COMMISSION AGENT - STOCK BROKING

Dear All,

Commission Agent (Stock Broking) can adopt sec 44 AD for filling Income Tax Return  under presumptive Income. which ITR has to be filled Commission Agents (ITR - 3 or ITR -4).
