Dear members
My query is that is it compulsory for A private ltd company which is incorporated on 1st april 2014 under the companies act,1956. to file a declaration before commencement of Business.

Since section 11 relating to commencement of business is in effect from 1/4/14, so i think that declaration will have to be filed...
Yes, it will be mandatory.
