one of my client is having contract with foreign supplier that any goods sold by foreign co .my client will get commission on it .
1. my client has to raise a tax invoice ?
2. transaction is taxable under gst ?
3. rate of gst {agar.cgst/igst }
4. what's if commission amount adjust in normal running account

1. Yes has to raise Tax Invoice
2. Yes taxable in GST
3. Rate of GST 18%
4. I do not understand what do u mean by to adjust commission amount , but has to be shown as Income
