For comapny name approval which form is required form 1A or inc 1 and what is difference between these forms

Now for name approval, there is no need of filing INC 1 . Follow the run process for name approval.
INC 1 is better because in that form we can give 5 name in priority wise with one time fee that is 1000rs
and in RUN form one with 1000rs if rejected and file again
and in RUN form one with 1000rs if rejected and file again
now as per new notification by mca, 2 names can be given in the run form and also resubmission is allowed.
