hii any one tell me abt d amt of stamp duty to b paid in regards to form 20 for obtaining certificate of commencement of business of newly incoporated public co. to delhi ROC?waiting 4 ur reply

There is no stamp duty payable on form 20. However, you will have to pay form filing fees to RoC that will be dependent on your amount of authorised capital.
