Yes , if you are registered then need to issue Tax Invoice as per rule 46, read with section 12 of CGST Act

Coaching Center shall issue Receipt Voucher instead of Invoice at the time of receiving money.

Invoice shall be issued within 30 days from the date of completion of services.
