Coaching classes
hello friends. Please clarify my doubts. I am an associate member of ICAI. I was in employment with a private MNC till March 2017.As of now,I am not holding COP and neither I am in employment elsewhere.I am inclined to start my own CA coaching classes. Am I allowed to start a CA coaching academy on my own? also please clarify also regarding the permission to be obtained from the institute? Thanks a lot

ya u can start yr coaching classes....in my opinion no permission is required as u r not holding cop.
