I wanted to know as to whether we have to submit the letter of Appointment as an auditor of a Co-operative Housing Society to any registrar ?
If yes than which registrar ? Any specific Jurisdictional Registrar wherein we have to submit the same ? Any procedures connecting to the same ?
Any help would be appreciated.
No Tina, According to me, no appointment letter has to be filed with the registrars. This is as far as the law is in Maharashtra.
So if you are not from Maharashtra, you may need to cross check.
Though the LoA has to be given to him
My Society is in Maharashtra, so LOA has to be given to the Registrar right ?
So if the co-operative society is in Maharashtra no letter of appointment provided to CA is required to be registered with the ROC even now...kindly confirm
