Whether any housing co operative society receiving income from mobile towers can take benefit of ceiling limit of Rs. 20 lakhs although there is compulsory registration for supplier of services u/s 24.
how can we save GST.

Yes, the basic exemption limit of 20 lakhs for aggregate receipts can be availed for GST registration; provided the mobile company doesn't insist.
