what is the due date for cmp 08 for first quarter of 2020-21

It has not yet been notified. 7th July 2020 was the due date for CMP-08 of March 2020. 

If no information there is a possibility to utilise notification 55/2020-CT - due date can be considered as 31st August 2020.

The due date to file Challan cum Statement in FORM GST CMP-08 for the Q1 ( April - June ) of 2020 is "18th July 2020."
