Cma or ca ?

You should start CA practice.There is more scope for CA as compared to CMA in the field of Audits. 

And for the Consultancy, Incorporate a private company for the consultancy business of both CA and CMA.

Yes Sir...u r rit..but the competition in  CA Field is much more than in CMA  ? The number of CA's in practise has increased considerably.

for go into practice it is better CA than CMA. In CA practice there are more wide area than CMA. 

But to clear CA is more tough than CMA. However it is different matter that someone CA cleared could not clear CMA. 

Further now in practice there are more CA in present so it is very difficult to compete to them.

If you are financially strong then think for go to practice otherwise it is better to go into Job. and for in job field there are not more different in CA and CMA degree. As you may know in govt sector there is no any difference in CA and CMA degree.

Please donot go for CA.. You should go for ACCA(U.K) . suety to become Pass and demand is increasing now in india .

Please go for CMA profession because area is increase in coming time

I am also thinking about CMA practise. Dear Ashutosh, could you please tell some areas where only CMA's have monopoly.

Nor does CA has monopoly Mr.Vishal Agarwal, after the ammendment of companies act, 2013 we too have gained importances. I prefer CMA because it could be completed in 2 years and you will get direct entry in CIMA

Dear Vishal, I 100% agree with Mr. Amit. You should go for ACCA-UK, as taking CA will limite you working circle. I am not under estimatingCA, don't get me wrong. What I mean is that; When you take CA you will only practic & work inside India. probably with a low salary comapre to a ACCA. ACCA will make you go global which means you will be demanded by all global, multi-national companies, etc. Please don't go for the non above. Thank you!

Dear. Vishal, please go to Www.accaglobal.com the exams are written 2 times a year ( June-Dec) you can register and sit for june -15. Believe me, once you are a licensed accountant you can practic accounting in any country you go to. In otherwords when you travel any country like UK, US, africa etc. All what you need to do is to set up your office for consultancy incase you want to have your own work, otherwise other companies will be seriously competing for you. If you are thinking of doing a job then without any doubt go for CMA. You must know that in both the courses you have to undergo training. In CMA you can work in a company and your training is counted. You can show that experience in your CV. Bt articleship in CA firm is not accepted by many corporates. And once you clear CMA and if you take a Certificate of Practice you still can give CA final without under going articleship training as Practicing CMA are exempt from such training.
