I do not think number of attempts taken for clearing are much more important than your knowledge and attitude. So there is no need to worry.
Ultimately a genuine employer requires an employee with positive energy, good knowledge of his field along with working attitude.
A person who cleared exam in 3rd attempt with good knowledge is better than a person who cleared exam in first attempt but with poor knowledge and with dumb attitude.
