Professional Experience
CMA Krupa has been with Deloitte India Indirect tax since February 2001. Prior to joining Deloitte, she was employed with the Government of India in the Customs and Central Excise Department, for 10 years. CMA Krupa has hands on experience in dealing with indirect tax matters.
In Deloitte, CMA Krupa has dealt with various Indian and Multi-national clients and has been involved in contract/transaction structuring, planning reviews, compliance reviews, etc. She was seconded to Deloitte & Touche, London in 2003 to gain a working knowledge of VAT.
She is a Bachelor of Commerce from the Bangalore University and an associate Member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. She is also a Graduate of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
