WHAT IS CMA? PLEASE EXPLAIN IN DETAIL. HOW TO PREPARE CMA BOOKS FOR BANK OD PURPOSE?

CMA Data (for bank loan purposes) is a financial statement, which decides your eligibility of borrowing. Format will be available with your concerned bankers. You have to request for the format, get a Xerox copy done, return the original to your bankers without fail, and prepare the CMA Data on the basis of the Xerox copy available with you. Ask your auditors if they are ready to do the job for you, it will be better rather than venturing to do it yourself.

CMA is a format in which u need to put financials of co. generally 3 yr audited fin and 2 yr future financials are puuted it gives comparision to banker. Also u need to justify assumptions on future financial every bank has its own CMA format
