Clumsy CS administration...

AT times yes...but lately there has been a lot of improvement.They have even started replying to the emails and everything. So i would say that things are changing for the good :-) lets just hope that they do so at a faster pace.

In addition to this I feel the strongness of our lobby is must ....if I look to lawyers and CAs.. if find that these institutions more aggressive which is beneficial to their members.

Any way, good thing is that we "CS" have now a brand name emerging in the market.

my registration was in may 2010 but till date books is not received i was eqry in pune chapter than ans received that u r books will coming from delhi
 

I found it satisfactory...

There may be some problems in some chapters but you should know the correct key to press.. For example, I did nt got the exact information from my Ahmedabad Chapter so i called up Mumbai directly and got good reply to my queries..

Also they reply mails promptly which is also a good thing..

So far its true but now i notices that they have changed a lot though they are yet belkow expectation.

ICSI  is process of improvement, i think icsi go forwered for batterment.

Its much better and non sarkaari than CA institute....

wadever de case may be...the CS chapter here in guwahati is simply NOT COOPERATIVE and in the bluntest of words possible...I can say it is cold and unapproachable...

only for a chapter of guwahati we can not say that ICSI is not providing good services.

Even you take user name (which will be your Reg no.)

and take pass. from ICSI.EDU and log any query / Complaint, etc and see the results online also dear

If you really have problem from any chapter you can directly approach to Noida Student Services, i am sure they will solve your problem. You can directly speak to Mr. Sohal Lal, Incharge Student Services.

There may be few people reluctant but you have other ways. Some time due to excess pressure of ork one may not reply properly. ICSI is doing it's best.
