26 July 2013Mr. A Transfered Rs.50 Lakhs to take Fixed Deposit for Mrs.A and interest income received will have to be clubbed in the income of Mr.A as per Income Tax Provisions, but if the Bank Deduct Tax for the interest for Mrs. A PAN , How to claim the TDS credit and how to deal with this situation.

To claim TDS for the interest we have to file ITR IV with the income tax department

There is a declaration to be submitted to the bank to credit the TDS in your PAN.
