Per clubbing rules, I need to club a part of my spouse's income with mine and report it in my return. However, since his AIS will show it as his income, how can he avoid showing it in his return without it being taxed in his hands?

Whether TDS been deducted on such income? If yes, under which section?

No TDS has been deducted. The income is mostly savings account interest and some capital gains on investments from the money I transferred to my spouse

If any of such income is incorporated in AIS of husband's PAN, file rectification of the AIS declaring the income belongs to Wife's PAN.
