I am claiming deduction u/s80u Rs. 1,25,000/-(persons with disability-fully dependent), but the disabled person(major) have income of 84000/- during the year. Wheather the income be clubbed or Not?

Suppose my sister is blind. I want to claim deduction of 125000/- and my sister has annual income of 84000/-. Whether she is dependent on me. Can I claim deduction?
If she is earning 84000 then how can you say she is dependent on you?

pension from govt
source of income is pension from state government sir
Then you cant club
you can club only when she earned income from source which you have provided as per section 64
eg if she earns 84000 from interest on FD but FD amount was provided by you then only you can club
not in your case
