Can any one guide me in regard to the ROC compliances for filing Form 52 with Registrar of Companies, Delhi, in regard to the Closure of the Liaison Office of FOREIGN COMPANY in INDIA...
What are the main attachments that should be filed in Form 52 with ROC, when the Company has already been applied with RBI for its closure of its Liaison office in India.

Experts i need this urgent Advise, plz help me out i think these 3 documents are sufficient for filing Form 52"
1) List of places of Liaison office in India
2) B.R. of Parent Foreign Company for closure of Indian office
3) Statement of accounts till date
is there any other requirement ..........plz let me know
