Dear members.

Kindly let me know the procedures to be done to close one of my client company which is incorporated 4 yrs from now and no transactions are carried yet. Now the client need to close his compnay under CLSS 2014. Let me know the forms to be filed with Roc.

Hello sir. for closure of company, you have to apply in FTE Scheme. By filling FTE Form your company will be strike off. mail me.at csdiveshgoyal @ gmail.com for full process. I wrote complete article on this topic.
