You can go for Fast track exit mode...go to mca site and check its requirements.....

In fast track mode u have to close bank account,then prepare balance sheet till current date that total capital equal to total loss., prepare affidavit of each director., then prepare indemnity bond grt frnking n notary both affadavit n indemnity bond., prepare form fte attach all this document n upload on mca site
