How to close a pvt Ltd co.... Co. Status is currently active on mca site... But No returns have been filed till date.... Experts please guide...

You can go for Fast track exit mode...go to mca site and check its requirements.....

In fast track mode u have to close bank account,then prepare balance sheet till current date that total capital equal to total loss., prepare affidavit of each director., then prepare indemnity bond grt frnking n notary both affadavit n indemnity bond., prepare form fte attach all this document n upload on mca site
