Closing of a company under fte or ees

Dear Friends/ Seniors

 

Can any anyone please tell me whether c company can still be liquidated nder the EES or FTE, if yes then what should be the status of the company: DORMANT or ACTIVE.

FTE is still allowed. E-filing status should be Active.

For striking off the company, there is no need taht teh company status should be active, the company may proceed for striking off although not any filing has been done. as MCA has allowed teh scheme to be open i.e. not a time bound scheme to close the companies which are not working. The government fees to be paid in such a case is Rs. 5000
