I have issued an invoice to my client, who has made payment as an LLP.
Now he wants the invoice to be changed to individual name
I file under 44ADA
whats the best solution? should issue a new invoice saying earlier invoice stands cancelled and I reverse the payment and ask him to pay as individual.
