Yes, It is correct.. Increment will be given only on completion of Probation. You better wait and Meanwhile you try from other side as well.

if you hve gud experience then go for new job,,otherwise wait and see whn will u get increment.

Go for campus interviews.

You should try side by side to other co.s as well.. 5th attempt doesnt matter.. if a person has gud exposure nd experience cn do wonders .. try for campus interviews too..

It depends upon your future growth prospect, relation with u r employer and your commitment given to company.

If u leave job only bcoz of Monetary reasons then i dont feel it right.

I know its not practicle but its my point of view.

My advice to you to continue with u r company for Min 1 yr and get good experience then move forward in market u ll get good package.

My suggestion to u is if ur jobprofile is good......dnt go for package...............hwever if u r experienced in ur field .........go ahead with the campus...and try for the higher salary...........bt u should not give priority to the salary..i mean also see the job profile..and ur interest.............
