My friend Shanavas has no graduate level qualificatin.He has working as an accountant more than 13 years.He has filed the VAT Returns formerly and filed GST Return now for the Taxpayers.GSTP enrollment is mandatory for Shanavas.

As a accountant he can file, as he is filing as proprietor/director /partner as using his DSC/EVC etc.
When he file as GSTP, that time he will file in his capacity.
