while going through Munish Bhandari"s handbook on CLSP for final , i found out that at many places reference is given of CLB where NCLT should be used according to amendments in 2002. so the question is :
ARE THERE ANY PROVISIONS IN COMPANIES ACT, WHERE CLB HAS A ROLE ? IF YES,PLEASE MENTION THOSE SECTIONS.

You have rightly obseverd. For writing you should write NCLT but a on date it has not started functioning and matter is being dealt by th CLB or High Court as it had been dealt prior to amendment 2002. So, you need to metion both. Hope, very soon you will not find CLB anywhere asap NCLT & NCLAT starts functioning.

Module is sufficient for ur studies...
In Professional Programme i also read only modules and i passed it in first attempt....
