CLB OR NCLT !!

You have rightly obseverd. For writing you should write NCLT but a on date it has not started functioning and matter is being dealt by th CLB or High Court as it had been dealt prior to amendment 2002. So, you need to metion both. Hope, very soon you will not find CLB anywhere asap NCLT & NCLAT starts functioning.

Pls. advise books for CS final or i should go for Module. in my executive i have only use my modules and passed.

Plz refer NCLT instead of CLB

@ Mr. Ashish, Module is the best one and there is no comparision for that but there may be few topics in which you may find module is bit difficult or you are unable to understand the langugae (not necessarily) in that case you can refer other books like Majumdar, Ramaiya etc. But no need to purchase that you may refer the same in library. Module is sufficient for ur studies...

In Professional Programme i also read only modules and i passed it in first attempt....
