Clause 49 of listing agreement
Is it enough to do the board of directors part and audit committee part of the listing agreement? Or do we have to do the entire thing?

Its pretty easy and should be scoring so do the entire thing.
But if your falling short of time go ahead with these 2 as they are most important.
