I had a Query in the financial statements of Companies....
For ex Deloitte has a number of Branches India and all over India...like in Hyderabad there are Seven Branches and similarly in other states also ....at the time of filing there tax return does there file the return based on state basis and then consolidate or based on branch with in states and then consolidate.......

You should file Income Tax Return on the basis of Consolidated Balance Sheet including your all branches across India
