Clarification regarding the layers of the subsidiaries.

hi, this notification was reffered to restriction on having more than two subsidiaries by a holding company and if the holding company having a wholly owned subsy or wholly subsys in any of the two layers then that layer shall not be counted for imposing that restriction.
if holding company which is having in excess of two layers of subsys then it will have to file form crl 2 with mca within 150 days from the date of this notification.
