Since you have filed you return after due date as specified u/s-139(1), it becomes a 'Belated return' u/s-139(4) & hence cannot be revised u/s-139(5). But there is no need to worry, provided you have entered the details of the bank account correctly in which your refund due, if any, will be credited.

Hope ur doubt is cleared now...

thank you for your reply.but my point is i have filled bank account number of all the accounts but forget to fill one of my savings account number.from ASSESMENT YEAR 2015-16 it is manditory to fill all your account numbers. however i have filed my savings account number  to which refund has to sent.i am having 5 savings account but details filled of 4 accounts.is it necessary to inform and how.

Well , every person is mandatory required to disclose of all the bank accounts with the following details:
   Name of the bank
Nature of Account ie. Saving or current
   IFSC code
  Account no.

however in practice we see that people take risk and provide only 1 or 2 bank account details and that too only for refund purpose . but department can easily trace the taxpayer's bank details with the help of PAN.

depatment can leivy penalty  under section 271(1)( c)  from 100% to 300% of tax sought to be evaded , if the taxpayers furnishes inaccurate income or even if inaccurate particulars of such income.

if you think risk is not worth taking you SHOULD  file Revised return.

Sir, as I said earlier too & also agreeing with Mr. Ankit Taprania, there is no need to worry & by worrying also you can't do anything because as far as your present situation is concerned, you cannot file a revised return too as its a belated return now. But yes, if you don't wants to take any element of risk in future, be careful while filing your return & that too by due date as per sec-139(1) as then you will have the option of revising your return in case of any mistakes & also escape from penal interest u/s-234A, 234B & 234C, if applicable. So for the time being, just relax & hope for the bestsmileyyes...

Login to ur efiling account --> efile--> change ITR form  details--> give Ack No-->submit

Three  choices come

1) Bank account details 2) Address 3) Email/mobile details.

I am not sure of s.no 1 -whether it is all bank accounts or only refund bank account.

Since u have given details of 80% of bank accounts - it is Ok.
