while answering the tax & law paper should write in the same legal language that it is given in suggested answers or we can write with normal language ??

Yes you can write in your own language.
It is not necessary to give answer only in legal language but it is highly recommended to use legal language as it will fetch good marks ...........
and also C.a. is professional course, icai expects from students to give answer in professional way...
