Can refund be claimed return filed after due date....

File refund with late fee and claim refund. For AY 2020-2021, the last date is 31-03-2021 with late fee.

Yes you can claim refund if you file return after due date but your refund will be adjusted with the penalty and remaining amount will be credited in your account
