i have purchased machinary from hyderabad,but i hav not claimed input at the time of filing vat return due to lack of knowledge.but now the time was expaired to file VAT 213 also,is there any other way to claim the input not claimed by us.

why dont u revise your vat return.
show the materials in transit and received on later date
Input credit on goods/ capital goods purchased from out of state is not allowed , ( CST input credit is not allowed), one can take credit of purchase within the state only .
