Hello members

I bought a laptop on Amazon On Nov 2018. Seller did not file GSTR-1 yet. I can not find invoice under GSTR2A. Can I claim ITC of around 10k rupees with the help of Invoice only?

But invoice is not showing under GSTR2A.

Yes, you can claim ITC. because seller has any trouble in GSTR 1 file.

Yes.. can claim

yes you can claim ITC
if I claim many small small ITCs showing on my GSTR2A for amazon purchases , will there be any enquiry by officials ? Some of these purchases not directly used for furtherance of business.
Some of these purchases not directly used for furtherance of business.

- If it's not using furtherance of business then better to revise the ITC u/s 17(5).
and please check your GST number in your purchase invoice
If it is not used in business then better don't claim ITC
tell him to show in gstr 1....if be has paid tax in 3b no issues....but he hasn't then...ask him to pay under 3b.....alomg with interest....kinldy main confirm whther he has collected tax amount frm you ?
I paid the seller GST. Even I have GST invoice issued by him. I had followed up with seller last month he said that he will ammed the invoice in March 19. But when I checked my GST account there is no ammendment found.
Amended invoice details showing at the amended months.
