Quick Summary
If you're filing your GST monthly and your supplier hasn't filed their return, you can only claim Input Tax Credit (ITC) once it appears in your GSTR-2B. This typically means you can claim ITC after the 14th of the month, as GSTR-2B is generated then. Only invoices listed as eligible in your GSTR-2B can be used for claiming ITC.

You can claim ITC after it is reflected in GSTR-2B.SO,you can claim after 14th which is the 2B generation date...
GSTR 2 B (for instance it will show 10 invoices on that which is eligible ITC category under that only I should have to take that eligibles ITC claim)
