I have ordered Food from Swiggy online to which is followed after a meeting my clients.
So the query is that can I as a customer claim Input Tax Credit for the food ordered online that to for business purpose from Swiggy.

No, ITC not eligible over such consumption.
Where as in the act it is written as any goods or service used for furtherance of business...so we can take this credit,ya why not. As this food is used for business enhancement and for our clients only. Please explain why you said no...?
