Govt deducted TDS at 34.6% while PF withdrawal though PAN is linked but this TDS is not showing in Form 26AS.

Follow up with PF board to file their TDS return and ask them to issue TDS certificate.
In which year and month you withdrawn from PF ? Have you submitted your pan to PF office ? Employer/deductor file TDS return quarterly basis after this process tds will appear against your pan.
Yes, get the credit reflect in your form 26AS. without that CPC will not give you any credit.
