Claim period of bank guarantee

Claim period under bank guarantee is 3 months or 12 months, Post Hon'ble Delhi High Court Judgement in 2021.. many cos are not agreeing to give 12 months claim window, while banks are strict about 12 months claim period from expiry of BG.
