Claim of itc incase of closure of business
sir, I want to close my business, can I claim itc which is amounting to rs. 24000, which is already there.

There is no explicit statutory provision to claim a refund of unutilized ITC solely due to business closure; therefore, it is generally recommended to utilize the credit against tax liabilities before canceling your GST registration.
