CLAIM OF ITC
i have a sole proprietorship business dealing with kitchenware ... My question is Can i claim itc on purchasing of computer for office use ?

Yes you can claim ITC on Computer since as said by Surana Sir it's a Capital Asset/Goods. Refer the Provision of Section 16 ( the conditions, restrictions ) regarding claiming ITC for your better understanding.
