Claim of it refund

For reissue of refund you have to visit income tax department. I suggest you to take with you, previous received cheque. Regards

Is online request is send for it?

Dear mansoori if you have filled online return then only you can request for reissue online. As the amount is sent from Bangalore when e-filling is done. In your case you filled manual ITR hence banglore office cant help you. You have visit your local income tax department in you ward or circle. Put an application there with a copy of previously issued check. They might take some money also as they all are very corrupt people. Regards

Local IT office will issue refund reissue request to sbi after cancelation IT refund voucher by SBI after 90 days. Make an application to jurisdictional officer.

Suppose if the cheque is mis placed than is there any way to claim refund.
