Sir/mam, i am not a gta but transportation of goods ki supply krta hu or gst ret mai usko esko exempt outward supply mai show krta hu toh kya mujhe itc milega transportation exp par

No ITC cannot be claimed in this case

Since your outward supplies are exempt no ITC on any purchase or expense can be claimed by you
