1. Yes, you can apply for CISA exams although the CISA designation will not be awarded until the experience requirements (min. 5 yrs.) are met.

2. Being a CA Final student, you will get 1 yr. exemption for non-IS auditing experience. Further, 1 or 2 yrs. exemption will be allowed if you are holding a graduation degree.

3. Remaining/Shortfall in experience should be completed within 5 yrs. from the date of passing the exam.
