I have uploaded chg-4 on mca for satisfaction of charge with mumbai roc.
I filed the same beyond 30 days but we'll within 300 days.
Roc has put it for condonation.

Pls inform us when was d date of satifsction of charge.... Bcz the amendemet w. r. t 300 days has come recently...

The amendemet has effective from 5th July 2018... Now.. We can prepare d clarification letter n submit d form CHG 4.... If u need further help for preparation of clarification letter kindly forward d uploaded form n reason which u received for condonation... To kalakiran1984 @ gmail.com e mail id..
