Checking Documents filed in MCA for my company
I have a small pvt company and last year the auditor forgot to file AOC-4 and MGT-7. I was really concerned what else wasn't filed properly.
So I registered in the mca.gov.in as business user as director with my DIN but under MY COMPANIES, it shows No data available.
As a director how can I find out for my company what was filed in the MCA site by the auditor ?

Give your company name
Download your all documents from MCA. you have to pay some fees.
After paying 100 Rs you can view/download one company information data forms etc filed earlier.
In the MCA portal there is an option in MCA servicesthere you if you select view public documents you can check all the documents that have been filed by your company yearwise.

So in MCA a company director (Business user) can't see documents of their company only public documents which anyone case see ?
Also, a company director can't see which compliance is pending or overdue ?
