I have a Pvt Ltd Company based out of Bangalore. We have closed the operations on the 31st of March 2021. I am in a dilemma whether I should continue the company or close it. What will be the cost to keep a company alive after closing down the operations completely ? Please guide.

What you did was good. Due to covid there is no market.
pre operative/start up/capex & working capital expenses must be provisioned for. However, costs will be lower than a real start up.
