Is GST applicable charges are based on the days spent on a job done outside India.

GST applicability determines accoridng to the place of supply not according to the days.
If service performed outside india and reciepent is also outside india, It will be zero rated supply.
Take some confirmation from your own CA/ Accountant before make final decision.
