mine is a pvt ltd co. and i have filed chg1 for charge creation of two term loans..
further, i have recieved email from nesl to authenticate first loan..
please guide as why i have recieved this mail and upti now have recd any such mail for any other company and further why have not recieved the same mail for second loan..

This is procedure by NeSL as per IBC .
For such authentication please go to NeSL Website( https://iu.nesl.co.in/NESL_Portal/login)
and
Register yourself with Aadhaar & OTP(if credentials not provided to you in Email),
then you will find information Authentication and you can click confirm.
yes...that procedure i know...but i want to ask why it is not asking for authentication of other term loan?
